Congratulations to PO2 Campbell for being recognized as Top Cadet in Caribou Division at CTC Quadra! He has been in British Columbia attending the Seamanship course, learning fundamental skills that emcompass ropework, rigging, serving as a crew member in whaler operation, partcipating in a day sail on a training vessel, and learning naval communication.
